We ate one item at Country Squire Kitchen, their Pork Bowl, a gratifying melange of flavors and textures. Super tender long-cooked citrus-braised pork shoulder was layered on nubby brown rice along with shredded lettuce and pickled red cabbage. What gives this dish booster rockets though is its eponymous King Sauce (created by owners Patrick and Amanda King, refugees from the Portland restaurant melee). The sauce is deep and delightful. It was among our top fave food truck dishes.
