The Amber Crepe at Lily Rose Coffee & Crepes in Astoria is as fine a crepe as we’ve ever had, and we’ve snarfed a few. The freshly made crepe itself was tender yet with bite. The filling - luscious, balanced, flavorful. (We do wish they had crepes with sweetened creme de marrons, chestnut cream, as are common in France and Italy. But that’s on us, not them.) We highly recommend.
